As Founder & Director of Pace Business Consultants LLP, she works with founders, CXOs and Boards to build practical, scalable control environments—through SOP rollout, process optimization, internal and fraud audits, IFC/ICFR and SOX readiness, ERM, and financial reporting hygiene.
Known for execution-led advisory, Rakhi turns frameworks into controls that work in day-to-day operations. She previously held senior leadership roles at Cipla, Mondelez (Cadbury) and Datamatics, leading cross-functional initiatives in process excellence, compliance and risk governance.
